NSF I-Corps 107 customer interviews complete

The U.S. National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps (I-Corps™) program is an immersive, entrepreneurial training program that facilitates the transformation of the invention to impact. This immersive, seven-week experiential training program prepares scientists and engineers to extend their focus beyond the university laboratory — accelerating the economic and societal benefits of NSF-funded and other basic research projects that are ready to move toward commercialization.

H.I. is accepted into the national accelerator CleanTech Open!

Since 2005 Cleantech Open (CTO) has trained over 3,500 entrepreneurs from 1,800 early-stage clean technology startups through its annual business accelerator. A majority of CTO alumni surveyed have survived the merciless technology startup “valley of death” and gone on to raise over $1.5 billion equity, and in recent cohorts, 39% of founder CEOs self-identified as BIPOC and/or women.

GE features Heat Inverse

Georges Sassine from GE features Heat Inverse, LLC in his awesome blog summarizing ARPA-E Summit highlights. Also included were a couple of my favorites: Blockchain Energy Audit Tool fast pitch concept by program director Jennifer Gerbi, and Carbon Capture and Utilization growing ultra-long CNTs on-demand at startup C2CNT, run by George Washington University, Professor Stuart Licht.
